By accessing or using MyExamDoctor OET (oet.myexamdoctor.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The Service

MyExamDoctor OET provides AI-powered preparation tools for the Occupational English Test. We are not affiliated with Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment Trust. OET® is a registered trademark of Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment Trust.

Free Trial

We provide 3 free AI interactions per IP address, tracked via a 7-day rolling window. Attempting to circumvent this limit by using VPNs, multiple IPs, or other technical means is a violation of these terms.

Payment and Access

All payments are one-time fees granting lifetime access. Access is provided via a personal access link. You are responsible for keeping this link secure. Do not share it — it grants full access to anyone who possesses it.

The Pass Guarantee

To qualify for the conditional refund you must: (1) complete 20 Writing submissions and 10 Speaking roleplays within 90 days of purchase, (2) sit a real OET exam during that period, and (3) email your official result to support@myexamdoctor.com within 14 days of receiving it. Full refund within 48 hours of verification. This is not an unconditional money-back guarantee.

Refund Policy

Outside of the pass guarantee conditions, all sales are final. As this is a digital product with immediate access granted upon payment, we do not offer refunds on change of mind.

You agree not to: share your access link; scrape or reverse-engineer the platform; use it for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent security measures.
